Free path
Start the experience, finish the tutorial, redeem RELEASE, BREW, and RANKED, and use Auto if you want AFK rolls. Daily and weekly quests and the free track of Roll Pass are described in field notes. Their exact roll payouts are not published.
What money changes
Lucky is x1.5 luck. VIP is x1.1 luck plus a daily chest and a chat tag. Gear Hunter doubles gear and Mythic chance from raids and guild war. Quick Hands is speed only. None of the pass texts mention a paid-only card or a locked stage.

Paying changes luck and speed. The descriptions do not lock cards or stages behind a pass. That is not the same as saying payment does nothing.
Do I need a Roblox subscription?
