The four names
Gold on Cutpurse and Marching Drummer is a border, not a second card name. Marching Drummer’s Normal label is 1 in 75 and its recorded Gold label is 1 in 7,500. This is one of three observed Normal/Gold denominator pairs, not an official multiplier formula.
