Halloween update: sources and reported codes

Last checked 2026-10-24. Unofficial fan guide; not affiliated with Ultrain Studios or Roblox.

Roblox hosts a developer event titled Halloween Update with the description “New content, units, pets and more!” The experience’s API metadata was updated on 22 October, but that timestamp does not establish the event launch time. HALLOWEEN remains a media-reported code, not a string in the developer description checked on 24 October.

The API update timestamp and Halloween artwork are separate evidence from Omjiwa's quest video and the media code lists. The research notes describe the clip; no first-hand quest completion or verified event end date is claimed.

What is confirmed

The official Roblox event title confirms the event identity, not its exact launch time or detailed rewards. The API updated field is 22 October and the icon shows a Halloween wizard. Beebom and GamesRadar list HALLOWEEN for 5 pumpkin eggs and DUNGEON; Beebom reports a stage 100+ gate. Those are media claims, not in-game redemption tests. The developer description checked on 24 October still lists RELEASE, BREW, and RANKED, without these two event strings.

What the short clip does not prove

A video titled as a Trick or Treat quest shows a claim control. It does not list the objectives, the reward, or when the board closes. Until a longer source writes those down, do not follow a copied quest route from a title alone.
